BOTOX For Severe Sweating (Hyperhidrosis)
Just a few pricks of Botox under each armpit can put an end to pit-stain paranoia for up 9 hours. The injections assist in paralyzing the overactive sweat glands that are responsible for hyperhidrosis. This is a life altering procedure for those that feel self conscious about excessive sweating finally giving you control of your life and daily activities.

Before your appointment: Tell your doctor if you’ve received any type of botulinum toxin injections within the past four months. And tell him/her if you take muscle relaxants, sleeping aids, or allergy medications. If you take blood thinners, you may need to forgo them for several days before your injection, to reduce your risk of bleeding or bruising.
Aftercare: Botox patients can get back to their usual activities immediately after their appointments. Limitations are quite mild but you should avoid bending over or manipulating the treatment area for the remainder of the day in order to allow the product to settle evenly. You may also wish to skip your daily workout for the same reason, and avoid consuming any blood-thinning products, such as aspirin or alcohol, for a couple of days before and after the procedure for optimal results.
